Artillery officer. Nine cadet letters, one to Reverand James P. Wilson, December 1832, describing cadet duties and studies, eight cadet letters to his brother Reach Frazer describing course of study at West Point. Letters include an account of the Board of Visitors in 1833 and Winfield Scott's visit at the 4th of July festivities in 1833 as well as an account of S. Ramsey's suicide.
